David J. Wright, Registered Investment Advisor is the principal of Wright Financial & Business Advisors (WFBA).  As a registered investment advisor his objective is to help his clients build and maintain multi-generational wealth through the adoption of prudent investment strategies and strategic financial engineering.  

David�s investment philosophy is one that focuses more on controlling risk rather than chasing high returns. Through adapting the techniques of Modern Portfolio Theory and using Financial Engineering to quantify results, David shows his clients how they will be able to achieve the long-term results they desire while assuming a minimum amount of risk.

David entered the financial services industry as an insurance agent in 1993 working with his father.  In 1994 he studied for and passed the required federal and state exams to earn his securities license.  In 1998 he became a Registered Investment Advisor and since then has been managing client investment accounts on a fee-only basis.

David moved to Clovis with his family while in third grade and has lived in Clovis or Fresno ever since.  Currently, David resides in Fresno with his wife Lou Ann and two beautiful children.  In his spare time (after the kids go to bed) David enjoys studying economics and the science of cooking.  David and his family are members of Clovis Hills Community Church.  David is also a regular blood donor and would like to encourage you to consider donating blood.  For more information on donating blood please visit America's Blood Centers or the Central California Blood Center.
